Actually, any text could be used on a bowl like this. The main "medallion" motif comes from a medallion that fell off of Eli's Bar at 13th & Hennepin in Downtown Minneapolis. It once was the Bellevue Hotel. Thanks for to Kristine and the owners of the building for letting me have the medallion! |
